By attending a Face to Face Ministries Training, I acknowledge that members of the Face to Face Ministries heart healing team have voluntarily agreed to train me in the Immanuel Approach method. I understand that this is a Christian ministry activity and is not professional counseling. I understand that none of the team members are licensed counselors. I understand that these team members are doing what they can as caring and compassionate people to try and help me become more proficient in the Immanuel Approach tools. I understand that Face to Face ministries is not guaranteeing any results.
I further state that I have voluntarily sought their training of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or implement any of the advice or help that I might receive from the team members of this ministry. I understand that I am free to reject any or all of the assistance or recommendations I may receive through this ministry activity.
I understand and agree that Face to Face Ministries is required by law to report information to law enforcement agencies in these instances: 1. When there is a reasonable basis to believe or suspect that a person may take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against another person or against him/herself; and/or 2. When there is a reasonable basis to believe or suspect a situation involving any act of child or elderly abuse or neglect.
I agree to hold Face to Face Ministries harmless and free from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of assistance that I have received or from my involvement with Face to Face Ministries. I have read this disclaimer and release of liability and understand and agree with it. I am agreeing to this document freely and voluntarily. I understand that participating in this training may affect my legal rights.
