Meet Our Founders

Cathy and Melinda are two passionate heart healers who have dedicated their lives to activating and equipping men and women with tools backed by brain science to accelerate personal breakthroughs and transform the world as they raise up healed heart healers.

Cathy Little

CO-FOUNDER

With the foundation of growing up in a Christian home, it wasn’t until her early 40’s when the bottom fell out of Cathy’s life that she found who she was meant to be. Cathy’s journey of deep inner healing radically changed her life and propelled her forward into her destiny. Whether in her role as a worship leader, trainer, mentor, minister, writer, administrator, or leader, she has a deep well from which to draw, and a compelling passion to help others experience the freedom she has come to know. Melinda Wilson

CO-FOUNDER

Melinda has had the privilege of experiencing life as a missionary and student overseas for years. She has always had a heart to share Jesus with others in one capacity or another. After experiencing her own transformative heart healing over the years, she knew her calling was to  see people set free to walk in their God-given design and in their true heart. She is passionate about teaching, training, and equipping men and women with practical skills and tools which bring healing and transformation to their everyday lives.

Her entrepreneurial skills and expertise have already expanded our training programs and is helping us equip Immanuel Approach facilitators to become healthier and more skilled. Her profound knowledge has brought fresh insights to our team and measurable growth to the ministry. A native of southern California, Jill now lives with her husband and son in Las Vegas, NV.

Robert & Juliette Alston

Advisors to the Board + Administrative Support + Immanuel Ministry Team

Robert and Juliette fill several roles, from managing our home office in Georgia to providing discipleship training and heart healing ministry, overseeing The Well Gathering, and acting as Advisors to our Board and providing administrative support. They are a vital part of our team.

The Alstons are both ordained pastors-ministers. Robert has an M.Div. in Religious Education and Languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Juliette has an M.A. in Practical Theology and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling from Regent University.  They are practiced in multiple Christian discipleships and heart healing approaches and are proficient in developing, facilitating, and providing personal, family, and corporate ministry and training.

Robert and Juliette provide Holy Spirit-directed opportunities for individuals and families to readily identify negative patterns of response in their lives, experience freedom from practiced and destructive ways of thinking, and come to the full realization of who they are created to be in Christ. They operate in a ministry of reconciliation, shepherding the unbelieving areas of the believer’s heart to know our Father more intimately and to trust Him more fully.

Their means is faith. Their method is prayer. Their modality is relationship.

Our History In A Nutshell

Since 2013, F2F has been pursuing this mission. Our goal is to raise up an army of heart healers who want to make a difference in the world around them.... Because we believe you CAN!

2010

Cathy launched our parent company, Simply-Worship, Inc., in response to an invitation to dream. Being a worship leader herself, the initial vision was to help develop worship leaders from the inside out - from places of wholeness, integrity, and authenticity first, then with practical skills.

2011

God expanded that vision and focus by bringing Melinda Wilson into the mix. Melinda brought with her a different yet very complimentary set of skills and gifts, including inner healing prayer ministry and missions.

2012

Cathy and Melinda officially partnered under Simply-Worship, Inc. and began seeking the Lord together on His vision for their future.

2013

Together, they hosted their first of many Dash Away Weekends for Women, with 14 ladies attending. After leading three events in the States, they traveled to the northeast of Scotland at the invitation of an American friend living there. They led two back-to-back events and spent time networking and connecting with other leaders and ministries around the United Kingdom. 2013 was a big year for the ministry as it became an official 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization.

2014-2017

Cathy and Melinda continued to travel around the US and the UK, leading Dash Away Weekends and one-day events. By the end of 2017, they had led 15-weekend events in the UK and 15 here in the States, in addition to one day “Taste of Dash Away” events. The ministry grew at a rate they could not sustain under their existing model, so they came off the road to rest and regroup.

2017

Cathy and Melinda were both ordained as ministers through The River Fellowship, headquartered in Northern California. www.riverfellowship.net

2018

God moved the ladies to California after a year-long ministry sabbatical on the East Coast. With the move, he invited them to dream with him again as they began to rebrand the ministry. Simply-Worship remains the parent company and legal entity, but as of November 2018, Simply-Worship is doing business as Face to Face Ministries. The vision remains the same. However, the new name provided a stronger foundation from which to grow.

2019

Dash Away Weekends relaunched in May in Lake Tahoe, NV. Also, 2019 was the launch of a film project and podcast series of interviews with key leaders in various heart healing modalities and those who help connect people face to face with Jesus.

2020

Face to Face Ministries began training others in The Immanuel Approach and also launched The Face to Face Heart Healing Network, providing training, resources, and community for those wishing to pursue their own heart healing and be trained to help others.

2022

At the end of 2021, God relocated the ladies back to the Southeast, where they are continuing to expand and grow. The focus remains to help people connect experientially with the tangible, living presence of Jesus in a way that literally changes lives.
